DigBali Planets And Their Behaviour : Part 2
Digbali is one of the strengths in Vedic astrology used to determine the power and effectiveness of a planet in a particular house. The position of a planet in its Digbali house represents the place where the planet can express its maximum potential, thereby gaining prominence and influence.
For example, both the Moon and Venus are in their Digbali position in the 4th house. The Moon thrives in a comfort zone, such as a home environment, to give its best results. This emotional planet tends to make decisions based on mood, and such impulsive actions often don't work well with people who may not understand the emotional undercurrent.
Venus, too, finds its directional strength in the 4th house. Venus represents luxury, connections, and artistic expression, and it resonates well with emotional individuals who can appreciate and understand the beauty of art and relationships.
Saturn, positioned in the 7th house, also finds its Digbali strength. Saturn is a planet that works slowly and steadily. We know that when something moves slowly, balance is key. For instance, when riding a bicycle, speed helps maintain balance. However, if we ride too slowly, the bike tends to tip over, even if the rider is an experienced cyclist. The same concept applies when a person stands; two legs provide balance. For someone who is physically impaired, moving forward without support becomes difficult, but with the assistance of a cane, their movement becomes steadier and more stable, ultimately allowing them to move faster than without it.
Similarly, Saturn requires balance to function effectively. If balance is maintained, Saturn will give results in line with the situation's requirements. Just as a bicycle or a person requires support and balance to function properly, Saturn follows this principle, delivering results through gradual and steady progress.
